Good to know
Anything else? Write to us from the form below.
Is it really free?
Yes. Homeowners never pay to get quotes. Contractors pay a small fee only when you sign with them. For roofs, the satellite report is free if you hire a contractor through Remodly.
How accurate are the measurements?
Good enough for a solid preliminary offer: a 3D scan on iPhone Pro, point to point with the camera on any iPhone, or a satellite report for roofs. The contractor always verifies on site before the final price.
Who are the contractors?
Local companies that signed our partner agreement, with the licenses their city requires and liability insurance. You see their details and can chat with them before deciding.
Do I have to accept any offer?
No. Compare, ask questions and only sign if you're happy. If nothing fits, you owe nothing.
